Raúl Valentín

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Raúl Valentín leads ABM’s global human resources operations, communications, culture and inclusion, and philanthropy.

Raúl joined ABM in 2019 and serves as the people leader and advocate for our more than 100,000 dedicated team members across the US and UK. Raúl is dedicated to cultivating a stronger ABM community by growing and developing our people—and fostering an inclusive culture where everyone is seen, heard, and valued.

With over 30 years of human resources and management experience, Raúl has held key HR leadership roles at Coty, Comcast, and Frito-Lay. Raúl serves on the board of Quanta Services Inc. (NYSE: PWR), a leading provider of comprehensive infrastructure solutions for the electric and gas utility, renewable energy, communications, pipeline and energy industries in the United States.

Raúl earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Pennsylvania.
